UPDATE: For international bookings:
Until the opening of the Indonesian boarder (expected in July 2021) we waive the down payment of 50%.
As soon as international travel is possible, we are kindly asking you for the first installment, in case of short stays for just one or two nights, we ask you to pay 100% of the total booking amount.

UPDATE: For inland bookings:
In order to confirm your booking bindingly, we ask for a deposit (= villa price for one night).
Your reservation is only binding when the amount is received on the Shunyata Villas Bali bank account, PayPal or Doku account.

Normal Payment Policy (after the boarder reopens):

To confirm your reservation, please transfer the entire booking amount (or deposit, see below) within 5 days.

For 1-night and 2-night bookings 100% of the booking amount is due with the booking.

For bookings with 3 nights or more and for package bookings, a 50% deposit is due with the booking, the remaining 50% is due 90 days before arrival.

We offer the following payment methods:
– bank account transfer to Euro account (in Austria)
– bank account transfer to Rupiah IDR account (in Indonesia)
– payment via Kredit Card (we will send you a payment link through our safe payment system DOKU/paybuddy
– payment via PayPal

As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation and you booking is binding. By booking, you also recognize our general terms and conditions.

When transferring money to Indonesia from abroad, please take care to pay the entire transaction fee, as otherwise we receive a lower advanced payment. The value received must be equal to the invoiced amount of the advanced payment and the bank transfer subject should state your full name.

For payments onsite we accept cash (IDR, Euro, USD) and debit card (for Indonesian banks) and credit card (Visa and Master Card).

Please note that there is no claim for reimbursement of unused single services when booking a package*. Please also inform yourself about current travel and travel cancellation insurance as well as the valid visa requirements.

UPDATE: FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM ABROAD ACTIVE:
At the moment the indonesian borders are still closed for international tourism (we expect the reopening in July 2021). Until the border reopens, we accept booking cancellations free of charge!

UPDATE: for all inland bookings (received from Indonesia):
In case of cancellations up to 2 days before arrival we will refund your down payment.
For  cancellations one day before arrival or no show, the down payment (= amount of the room rate for one night) will be charged and is not refundable.

Normal Cancellation Policy (after the boarder reopens):

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price. In the case of a later cancellation the full booking amount is due.

Please understand that we cannot provide any reimbursement in the event of force majeure events (such as natural disasters of any kind or political unrest). In such a case we are usually happy to offer a free postponement of your stay after consultation and clarification of the individual case.

Check-in: 02:00 pm; Early check-in: 06:00 am (on request)
Check-out: 11:00 am; Late check-out: 07:00 pm (on request)

Provided that there is no connecting booking for your apartment, you can book an early check-in or a late check-out for an extra fee of half of the room rate. This gives you the opportunity to conveniently connect your flight arrival or departure times with your stay in your apartment at Shunyata Villas Bali.

Since we are not a travel agency, you cannot book flights with us. Please also be informed that you have to take care about the visa requirements for your specific country before you arrive in Indonesia.

According to our policy the resort does not accommodate children under 10 years of age or pets.
(on request we might make exceptions though)
